Want to return an item?

Don't worry, as long as the item is still in its original condition, we accept returns according to the following rules:

1. You must communicate your desire to return the box within 14 days of receiving it by email to kikisix@kikisix.it, or by WhatsApp to +39 327 1107836, attaching the following information:

• NAME and SURNAME
• ADDRESS
• PHONE NUMBER

2. The collection will be booked directly by KIKISIX according to the specifications communicated in point 1, and the cost (€7.00) will be paid by the buyer. We recommend reusing the original packaging (if intact) by simply replacing the old label with a new one.

3. The item to be returned must be included in the package, along with a copy of the order and receipt.

4. If you wish to request collection from a company, please remember to also provide us with the name and address of the company.

5. Return requests will not be accepted after 14 days from receipt of the package.

6. Following your proper return, KIKISIX will refund your payment using the same method used to make the purchase. The return costs specified in point 2 will be retained, except for errors attributable to our warehouse. The refund will be net of any coupon codes entered and shipping costs.

7. The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the package at our premises. Any additional costs resulting from your request for a return shipping method other than the default one are excluded from the refund.

8. Returned products must not be damaged, soiled, or worn, and must not be missing their accessories and/or components. Furthermore, returned products must be complete with their tags.
