All commercial relationships on the website www.kikisix.it are governed by these conditions of sale.

2. SCOPE OF THE SERVICE
Through the E-commerce service, KIKISIX provides the Customer with a virtual showroom through which they can view and purchase the advertised products online. The Customer may view the Supplier's online catalog and offers, but may only make purchases from the Supplier after accepting these conditions of sale.

3. NATURE OF THE RELATIONSHIP AND CASES IN WHICH CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS DO NOT APPLY
In accordance with the provisions of current national and EU laws, the economic relationship between the Supplier and the Customer is governed by consumer protection legislation exclusively in the event that the Customer makes purchases for personal purposes unrelated to his or her work.

4. PRICES
Unless otherwise specified in writing, all prices are inclusive of VAT and expressed in euros. Prices do not include shipping costs and are subject to change without notice. Such changes will not affect purchases already completed on the date of the change.

5. PURCHASE ORDERS
The purchase of the requested item will be completed through the following phases:
By placing the order, the Customer sends the Supplier a proposal to purchase the selected product(s). Submitting the purchase order implies consent (pursuant to art. 10 of Legislative Decree 185/1999 and Legislative Decree 70/2003) to receive subsequent communications from the Supplier as described below, which are intended exclusively for the conclusion and execution of the sales contract. If the Customer wishes to cancel the order, before verification by the operators, he or she must communicate this as soon as possible by calling +39 327 1107836 or by emailing kikisix@kikisix.it. The Supplier will deliver the package containing the order to the designated courier for delivery to the address provided by the Customer. Alternatively, to the address of the selected store.

6. PAYMENTS
Payment will be made by the customer using the method chosen when confirming the order (by credit card or PayPal).
If paying by credit card, your financial information (for example, your credit/debit card number or expiration date) will be forwarded, via encrypted protocol, to PayPal or other banks that provide the relevant remote electronic payment services, without third parties having any access to it. Furthermore, this information will never be used by the Supplier except to complete the procedures relating to your purchase and to issue refunds in the event of any product returns. The price for the purchase of the products and shipping costs, as indicated on the order form, will be charged upon completion of the order.

7. DELIVERY METHODS
Upon receiving the goods at their home, the Customer must verify the integrity of the packages and their correspondence with the information indicated in the order previously placed through the online platform. In the event of discrepancies and/or discrepancies, the Customer is responsible for having them accurately noted on the transport document (delivery note or waybill). KIKISIX will not be responsible for delivery errors due to inaccuracies or incompleteness in the shipping address or the Customer's unavailability.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If the Customer does not find the product received as described or is not to their liking, they can request a refund within 14 days of receiving the package containing the items. KIKISIX will issue the refund using the same method used for the purchase. KIKISIX reserves the right not to issue a refund if the item has been damaged, used, or is missing its accessories and/or tags. The return cost (€7.00) will be deducted from the refund amount, except in the case of errors attributable to our warehouse. A copy of the order and receipt must also be included in the package.

9. PRODUCT WARRANTIES
At the time of purchase, the Customer fully accepts the commercial warranty and assistance conditions offered by the manufacturers of the purchased items. These conditions may be independent of the Supplier's will, and the Supplier is therefore not responsible for such warranty and assistance conditions. In any case, the Customer may request information regarding the specific warranty conditions and assistance services offered by the various manufacturers by contacting us by email or through another specific communication tool available on the Supplier's website.

10. PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
KIKISIX is committed to selling only unused products on its online shop, of a quality no lower than the corresponding market standards. The characteristics and composition of each item are described in the product sheet for each individual item published on the online shop. However, product images and colors may not correspond to actual products due to the Internet browser and monitor used.

11. GUARANTEES PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER
The Customer guarantees, assuming all related liability and holding the Supplier harmless from any prejudicial consequences, that the data provided upon acceptance of these general conditions are truthful and allow the identification of the Customer's true identity. The Customer also undertakes to immediately inform the Supplier in writing, including by email, of any changes to the data provided.
Upon registration, the Customer is assigned an identification code (Username) and a password (Password), the combined use of which will identify the Customer and allow him/her to make online purchases on the site. The Customer is therefore informed that purchase orders placed using the combined use of the Username and Password are valid and binding, and that the availability of both by third parties would allow them to place valid orders that bind the Customer, identified by the Username and Password, to accept receipt of the ordered goods and to pay the amount due.
The Customer is therefore required to safeguard both the identification code and password with the utmost diligence, keeping both confidential for the entire duration of the relationship with the Supplier.
The Customer is also informed of the need to provide the Supplier with a valid email address in order to allow the Supplier to forward order confirmations and any other communications.

12. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
All information relating to the products sold by the Supplier is based exclusively on data published and disclosed by the respective manufacturers. Therefore, the Supplier is not responsible for the conformity of the goods sold to the specifications published on the website or in any other publication (periodicals, websites, billboards, etc.). The Supplier further declines all liability for malfunctions, service interruptions, or degradation of performance, whether or not due to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, when they are not directly attributable to the Supplier due to its willful misconduct or gross negligence.

13. COMMUNICATIONS
The Customer accepts that notifications and communications relating to all online services (including those relating to purchase orders) will be sent by the Supplier in electronic format (email) and via web service. The Customer acknowledges their full validity and expressly waives any right to deny the content of declarations sent and/or received in electronic format. The Customer is informed and accepts that the Supplier will archive files on its systems relating to the traceability of quote and order processing and acknowledges their validity for the purpose of reconstructing existing relationships. 14. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
All services and e-commerce on the site are governed exclusively by Italian law.
Any dispute arising regarding the validity, interpretation, execution, or termination of these General Conditions of Sale and/or individual purchase orders will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Florence (Italy), with express and total mutual waiver of any other jurisdiction.

15. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
KIKISIX guarantees the Customer that the personal data acquired in relation to the sale of the products will always be processed lawfully and correctly, in full compliance with the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679 and applicable national legislation.
