How can I make a return?
If you wish to return the item you ordered, you can simply contact us and let us know within 14 days of receiving the package. We will arrange for pickup at the address you provide. Please be sure to return the item with all its accessories and the original tag. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase and will be processed within 14 days of receiving the package at our headquarters.

How can I use a voucher or coupon?
